Unchanged reprint of the 1939 London ed
Includes bibliographical references
Notes
This is the 1970 version published by Bouma's Boekhuis N.V., Groningen - Netherlands. It is an unchanged reprint of the original edition published by Methuen, London - United Kingdom in 1939.
There are two PDF-file versions of the book. The first one is very large and contains the original scanned images in PNG format, together with an accurate, multilingual OCR for english, greek and other languages present throughout the text. The second version is optimized for accesibility: it's ten times smaller, with compressed images and rasterized text, but single-language OCR (english, meaning that the greek text is not searchable).
